Missing Freeport Fireworks Coordinator?

    Does anyone else find the Fireworks Coordinator for the city of Freeport to be missing on the Crushbone server? I am at the proper location for the NPC to appear (215, -4, -68 ), yet it is not there.

    Yes, he was taken down yesterday to "learn his lines" (he's broken). There's a patch tomorrow, so I assume that's when he'll return :)
