Missing characters - 2 full access accts

    Tried to log in this morning (8-20-17) had no characters on my main acct - this has happened before, so I logged in to my 2nd full access acct and I'm missing half my characters.

    Checked the status of my accts and both are current!

    Anyone else having this issue - or am I the lucky one?

    Skyfire had a bit of an issue a few minutes ago. All other server/characters were showing except for Skyfire ones. By the time I type this, I can see my skyfire toons.

    If your missing chars are on Skyfire, that may be the reason.

    Hope you find them soon. They maybe went for a drink? :D

    Whew - yes thanks for the update - was worried there for a bit toons are back!

    All of mine are gone after zoneing into PG's. Have to open a ticket

    If I remember correctly, I think there might some cache files you can delete and may get your toons back - not 100% sure, but I thought I read a post here about this a while back
