I have gone through every resource available to me, Zam, Wiki, eq2 University, all of them. And I cannot find an answer to the minimum level you must be to fly on a mount. It's crazy that we can't look these things up with normal word searches because I have tried. Thanks for any help! Peace!
The answer is it depends on what flying mount you have. The lowest I think I have seen that will fly is level 30. Most are 85+. The level can be adventure or tradeskill. However, if the mount has real adventuring stats, those are tied to adventure level.
There is a level 30 flying mount currently available from the prelude event at Terren's Grasp in Kylong Plains. Do the adventure quest then grind up 50 GLEESH marks and there you go. Mounts are usually set to level 85 (when the mechanic was introduced) or 30 (for special event mounts).
