    My guess is that he drops in H3 or raids.

    My guess, not in game atm, never seen a player running with that merc, never seen on market place, ok could be notrade....

    Look at the solo h1 h2 h3 mission reward box you will see it in there with the other mercs. Just a super rare drop.
