Medallion Stallion Quest Starter Missing?

    I did this quest one time and haven't been able to find the chest to start it since then. I've looked all over Metetherial Plains and I'm wondering if it's bugged. Anybody having any luck finding this quest starter in the last 24 hours?

    Ah okay, thanks. The little medallion is hard to find, that's for sure. Just got it again finally. You should make it a yuge medallion. That's what Donald Trump would want.
