Mayhem?

    I am curious as to why when I do this quest I do not get the items that are listed as rewards? I only get the Vet coins, not the last two. Where are these items going?

    Coffers and Coffins Mission Coffin
    Merchant's Den Bonus Collection Pieces (Solo)

    This is the daily kill 3 bosses.

    The Mission Coffin is the RNG loot crate the mission can reward. The Bonus Collection Pieces (Solo) is the three collectables that pop up in the window immediately following.
