Actually pretty serious for a low-level toon...I bought the Mermaid Scale Cloak, since a) it's beautiful and b) matches the character perfectly. Since every other Cloak I've looked at and/or purchased over the years (which have been a gracious plenty) have all had the Slow Fall sort of ability ("reduces the maximum falling speed"), I just presumed this one would, too. Nope. Could this please be fixed before someone else spends good, real money on one? And retroactively? :-/ Uwk
