Market place takes money but monthly will not

    Why the hell can i buy stuff off the marketplace but when t comes to pay my monthly subscription i keep getting a error and to go through my bank? Yes everything is filled out correctly because if wasn't i wouldn't be able to buy anything off the marketplace.

    Contact Customer Service. Also Krono's can work for monthly in a pinch.

    Ye i can pay more for a Krono, BUT again it will take that payment,.... which makes no damn sense
