Where the hell do you actually get these? So little information anywhere about them, where they come from, how to get, especially on the Wiki. Purely from RoS Raids? If so which ones give these coins, wiki only states one (Moon Platoon II: The Return) which may be fine if I even knew where/how to start that. I'm really only interested in the Grandmasters book from the coins.
This coin is only available as the quest reward to Moon Platoon II: The Return. This quest is offered once per week (resets on Thursdays) by the weekly mission giver in Fordel Midst. This is the same mission giver that gives solo/heroic weeklies. The quest is simple: kill raid bosses. Does not matter which raid bosses, so long as they are from the RoS expansion.
