The fervor component on Magistratus is not triggering when fusion is cast. At least not for me. Anyone else having t his issue?
So apparently you have to toggle Magistratus to get the fervor buff. Is this intentional? I thought having the fervor proc cast of Fusion was bad enough (90 second Reuse), but having to toggle the buff to get the benefit is really clunky. Some classes got large damage boosts from their epics. Wizards get a buff to a 90 sec reuse spell and 2 more fervor buffs we need to click. Not all that impressed, as implemented it definitely doesn't add any flavor to the class. Just adds more crap to press before blowing off ascension abilities.
