In CD the vendor Machaess of the Gloom no longer offers the Celestial Voidwrought Runes after purchasing Ethereal Scroll Crate I. This has happened on both my accounts. I had 2 runes left to buy and now he no longer offers them. I submitted this bug before you switched over to using the forums for bugs and someone logged my account and un-slotted all the Voidwrought runes from all my 110 lvl chars....but that didn't fix the problem, I am still unable purchase the 2 remaining runes from the merchant (need the shoulder & head runes).
