Lost Alt after entering PGs

    Was trying to enter PGs this afternoon after update on my Thurgadin alt Magistaz - didn't zone out of Qeynos however and after I logged off and tried to re-log now getting message 'The server could not find your character. Please exit and re-run patcher'
    I have relogged from launcher multiple times with no result .....
    Not amused - please can someone from daybreak advise how this can be sorted

    Select character from the drop-down menu on the launchpad, or hit the up or down arrow on the character select screen until your character shows up.

    If neither of these works, tag a dev on Discord. They are willing to "unstick" characters.

    Thanks Prissetta - did try selecting from launch pad but that didn't work

    Will try my luck on Discord :)
