Lore Boxes Not Dropping

    I made a second character, and for some reason, not one lore box has dropped. Anyone else having this issue?

    Is it that they are not dropping at all, or that you weren't receiving popups and the rewards? The reward window gets stuck once in a while due to the rapid-fire overseer/etc achievements you earn at character creation, and you'll find a lot of backlogged reward popups once you relog.
