    I was thinking of the Raccoon Suit in Super Mario Brothers and how when you put the suit on you could fly, the tail would spin like a propeller, maybe we need a Raccoon Suit Mount?

    SPRING ROAD TRIP UPDATE!!

    Good Afternoon ROAD TRIPPERS!!!

    We are staying on in Williamsburg, Virginia today, we have to leave Water Country USA by 3:30 pm, and spending the night. I scheduled a tour at Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum for 4 pm, dinner at the Virtual 5 Star Resort at 7 pm, the Ghost Tour at 8 pm and the Zombie Scavenger Tour at 10 pm!!!! I never realized there was so much to do here in Williamsburg, this is my first time here, thank you so much Schmet for all the suggestions.

    Tomorrow, we will be porting to Concord, North Carolina for a stop at Great Wolf Lodge Water Park. I don't have anything else for North Carolina. I was thinking, maybe stopping in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, they have Myrtle Manor!!! And then we hit Florida and a lot of stops before the end of our ROAD TRIP and I have an extra, special last stop planned for that!!!!

    Lets hit those slides and Log rides before we have to leave for the Ripley's Museum, I will race you *casts her Troubie speed buff and takes off running*

    SPRING ROAD TRIP UPDATE!!!

    Good Morning ROAD TRIPPERS!!!

    That Zombie Scavenger Tour was fantastic!!!! I don't know about anybody else but I thought it was well worth not getting back to the hotel until after 1 am!!! The Ghost Tour was good as well but it was not as good as the one in New Orleans. I had a great time at the Ripley's Museum too, your suggestions are always great Schmet!! You should have planned this trip.

    Here we are in Concord, North Carolina at Great Wolf Lodge Water Park. We have about another 2 hours here. We can have lunch here and then head to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. I reserved us a large group campsite so we are back to camping/glamping tonight, so get your menu/special requests into the chefs and bakers by 3 pm today. We will spend the rest of today and tomorrow exploring the Great Smokey Mountain National Park and another night of camping/glamping. Saturday morning we will head on over to Kitty Hawk, home of Orville and Wilbur Wright. Then Saturday afternoon, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, I have to see Myrtle Manor!!!!

    Lets have a great day ROAD TRIPPERS and enjoy probably our last two camping/glamping nights of our SPRING ROAD TRIP!!!!

    What will I do while waiting for a BROOM MOUNT if I have nothing to count down? We are down to the final week of the SPRING ROAD TRIP and the SUMMER ROAD TRIP wont start for a couple weeks yet.

    Hmmm, I can spend all that time filling in the list of 5000 mounts to make before you retire. We can sing show tunes!! Any other ideas? Breanna, Schmet, Hartay, Gero, Pijotre, Pixi, Rosy? While I am thinking, how about.....

    SPRING ROAD TRIP UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    *giggles at Ttobey* Silly Ratonga, our ROAD TRIP is not over, we have at least a week left, these 2 nights in the Great Smokey Mountains are just our last 2 nights of camping/glamping!! Thank you Uwkete, you saved the bus, and apparently Ttobey didn't learn he cannot derail the ROAD TRIP!!!! What does Kraken taste like Uwk? Your fish looks yummy and your potato/onion pouches smell great Schmet. Don't run out of steam yet Breanna, we have Florida and the super special secret stop left!!!

    Alrighty everybody we have all day to explore the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, then we have a barbecue at 7 pm at the campsite. Have your requests in to the chefs and bakers by 2 pm, since this is our last one they have promised it will be extra special. Another night around the campfire and your choice of camping or glamping.

    Saturday morning after breakfast, we are off to Kitty Hawk, North Carolina to visit the stomping errr flying grounds of Orville and Wilbur Wright. Kitty Hawk is a beach town with trails cutting through the Kitty Hawk Woods Coastal Reserve, which is home to otters and turtles. There are some nice boardwalks and piers with some great views of the Atlantic ocean. We actually have to bop on over a short distance away to the nearby town of Kill Devil Hills to visit the Wright Brothers National Memorial which explores Aviation history. We will stay in this area until about 3 pm and then port on down to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for a quick stop at Myrtle Manor!!! I could not be this close and not see it for myself. I wont take more than an hour. Then we will port down to Panama City, Florida and get settled in our Virtual 5 Star Resort and have a nice dinner at 7 pm. They have full amenities so we will have a lot of time to enjoy the spa facilities, the pools, the jacuzzis, the saunas, or just relax in our rooms. I have scheduled a full service cocktail hour at 6 pm for anybody that would like to attend, prior to dinner.

    Sunday, we are visiting Shipwreck Island Water Park!!! Maybe they will have some Othmir and some shells since Kitty Hawk has Otters? About 3 pm, we will be porting to Orlando, Florida and settling into our Virtual 5 Star Resort and Spa. We will more than likely be staying in this resort for 6 days before heading to our final stop on the SPRING ROAD TRIP, the super secret special stop that only I know about!!!!

    Lets get out there and hike, walk, look at trees and mountains, find critters and just enjoy the wild, then head back for our final barbecue and our final camping and glamping before heading into the last leg of our journey in Florida!!!!

    I'll go for show tunes LOL You have such a lovely voice. It will be nice relaxing again my feet hurt from all this walking. But I love the BBQ's and special stuff. And I'm up for the cocktail hour too :p Strawberry Daiquri's for the win (I think I spelled that wrong, but you get the idea)

    Here's one of the reasons we will never be adding in a new skeleton to our current players. This is what has to be set to get the current batch to reasonable sit on a new mount. Each of these requires 5 minutes of loading and reloading to review their positions. The original character guys never considered how much work they created to make players work for future teams. This is how many different skeletons are in the game and ALL are just slightly different enough to make animations slightly off on all of them. I try to animate players with the Dark Elf skeletons. They are the most neutral. The arm lengths always make hand placement impossible, that's why on mounts they never really hold anything.

    When I'm setting these numbers, I do wind up with crazy stuff. On the scale settings, if they aren't the same number... scale = ( 0.500 0.500 0.500 ), the character can get flattened in one direction. The loc is the translation , and will make the character sit higher or lower. When I first bring them in they are usually way high off the mount. Rotation does nothing, I don't know what it's there. Player rotation is oriented by the eyepoint joint which is on the mount. You can notice this when on a flying mount, You don't completely rotate when your mount does. It almost feels like you are floaty above the mount and that's because of the eyepoint. But without that eyepoint, you inherit the motion of the mount and almost instantly get car sick.
