Logged in the other day to see our lvl 60 guild now a lvl 200 and certain it isn't legitimate. Why complain? Because if it's not intended all our current status work on bonus status time is going nowhere and that sux since we utilize status bonus time as much as possible!
Mystery solved, thanks Dageekpimp! from the Nov 13th update notes... GENERAL Characters will now receive an increase to Hit Points as they level from 101 to 110. Guilds on Free Trade servers will start at level 200. Guilds already created on a Free Trade server will be increased to level 200 automatically.
