Hanging up on Build screen, message no response, started 3/15, Tried Bridgette S's fixes same issue. Submitting Bug report as to her recomendation. Reset Internet Options by following these instructions: First, make sure to have all web browsers and the Launchpad closed. Next, navigate to the Windows Control Panel and select Internet Options and click on the Advanced Tab. On the Advanced Tab, click Reset > Delete Personal Settings > and click Reset. From the Internet Options advanced tab, scroll down to Security and un-check "Check Server Certificate Revocation" and "Do Not Save Encrypted Pages to Disk" then click Ok. LaunchPad Cache: If some cached information is preventing the LaunchPad from working properly, you can clear the LaunchPad cache by going to the game's folder and finding the launchpad.libs folder. From there, delete the launchpad.cache folder and try accessing the game once again. Tried launching directly from launcher as administrator game still hangs at build screen. Validated game assets still hangs. Worked fine yesterday 3/15/2020
I am able to log in without a problem, but I get booted to character select screen about every 5 to 10 minutes. This has been going on since last patch. I know when my LD is going to come because just before hand I am unable to do anything in the game, it's just frozen. I followed all the help suggestions and it's still happening. Would an uninstall then reinstall help? I am going to see how it is after today's patch. If that does not help I will wait until next Thursday for the big reset. If I still can't play then I will be force to find another game. I'm a paying member, I should not have this kind of problem. I just increased my internet speed to Comcast's highest, I hoped that would help, it doesn't.
