Anyone can tell me where this is? Its not on wiki and I've asked on my server "Maj Dul" and no one has replied. Its the last one I need to finish this collection. According to wiki info I have done all the PoI and drop quests and both sig lines in the new expansion - Vetrovia. Any guidance would be appreciated.
