I don't know that there is a consensus nowadays. It's going to vary based on your playstyle. I've got bloodbath because it's extra blue damage. Blood rage is not as good as it used to be and the difference between Master and GM is tiny. Berserk Rage is usually a cheap master on the broker and zerks aren't typically hurting for DPS/Haste mods so again the Master to GM difference is tiny.
