I did freezing whorl and summon shadows adept 3, and have no complaints, although I did manage to get painful med adept 1. I will be getting a silver/coral though soon bought or harvested and make painful med adept 4 once they go live. Painfull med is extremely useful in groups, but I mainly use it doing tradeskills.
