I just resubbed EQ2 recently, with Steam so I can download on the fly. Now after it all worked for the last couple of days, since today I can't start the game. I can start the launcher, when I press the green START button ONCE, it blinks a second, but nothing happens, even if I wait a while. After pressing it another time it then says, the game is running. I can see the "EVERQUES2.EXE" file in the task manager running, but the game never works. I read this thread: http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=515568 But none of the suggestions there helped. I temporarily deactivated my Firewall (Kaspersky), nothing. I restarted with all background programs disabled, nothing. There were not changes in my computer at all in the last days, so no new software or anything. Please help. EDIT: Now after trying again, he says "The Game is currently running" EVEN THOUGH the file "everquest2.exe" is NOT running in the taskmanager anymore!
