   The Kurns H2 weekly does not list the no-trade shiny bag for the h2 zone in its reward list:
   
   
   The solo, h1, and x2 weekly all show having the appropriate no-trade shiny bag in their reward list, just the h2 that is missing it.

   the Heroic II does not reward rares, its not a bug. They are only rewarded on the Heroic I. The collections are the same in both zones, so only rewarded once.
