Kick to char select upon zoning

Ever since the day RoR was released this issue appeared.
Now with BoZ the issue appears even more frequently.

When zoning; as in casting Call to Guild Hall, or any other call, using Fast Travel or clicking any object (door/crystal/portal) or any other means to zone -- nothing happens for about 2-5 seconds, then I am kicked to the character select screen.

To try and describe it a bit better; During those 2-5 seconds, as nothing happens, and you zone by clicking a portal or door, here you would naturally think that you never clicked the thing and you would try to click again.

Upon trying to zone, I would expect the loading screen to appear with "logging into zone server" but this does not even appear. The kick happens before it actually tries to zone.

I have been having Wireshark running during these events, and I can see that data is actively being transmitted.

Have anyone seen a similar issue?
Is there any debug option in the eq2 client available to enable to see what is causing this?

I am having the exact same problem, togehter with one of my guild member. We believe it is our ISP (Telekom (Germany)) that is causing some trouble. We cant seem to find out what else it could be.
Sometimes it is imidiatly the drop to char select. Other times it takes a while, while looking at the loading screen, saying Waiting for zone and then drops.

Yeah, I have the same problem, but I live in Poland, and what should we do?..
hmm, looks like this problem won't be solved so I'll play WoW for now, order myself a starter boost here and enjoy the game
