I am not seeing Artox, the Phantom Steed as a claimable mount on Kaladim. I bought the premium edition of the expansion and I was able to claim Abzhu, the Evader without any problems. If I log on to Halls of Fate or another live server, I see Artox as a claimable mount. It just doesn't appear on Kaladim.
