Kaladim still going strong?

Its been awhile so I am a bit curious, used to have a somewhat leveled Conjurer but I stopped before even getting 50 due to IRL issues. I also see that we're getting a PvP TLP soonish but not a new PvE one, so I'm hoping that's good news lol.

Would it be possible for someone who's group-oriented and deliberately seeks out guilds/etc to get more or less up to speed in 2-3 months of play at this point?

The server is dead. But it should only take you 2 or 3 days to get caught up to the bots running around.

Poopoo is grossly exaggerating , but like with all servers the most people hang out in the end zones .
We have lots more people on at this point than Fallen Gate , the last TLE server .
and for sure more than on those regular servers , and you would not call them dead .

Its dead, people selling loot is all I see in chat. well saw, I quit 2 weeks ago.
