Hey EQ2 team, Thank you for the recent Item Exchanged Merchant.. it actually helped out a lot. HOWEVER you've created a lot of confusion especially newcomers coming into the game. Who is to know that these items dropping are not actually what they seem to be and may be exchanged for something worth using at the Item exchange merchant? We just raided Kor-Sha and got a FIGHTER EARRING to drop.. with spell skills and casting/resuse.. great. No one wnated it to i put it in my bag ideally to transmute. Come to find out i can exchange it for this beautifully crafted tank earring with BLOCK and MITIGATION?! whaaatttt ?! An Upgrade?! Woot. Pure chance and at the recomendation of one of my raiders to check the exchange merchant. Can you please REMOVE the broken items from the game... why are they still dropping? Shouldn't the items we are exchanging them for be dropping now? I thought we fixed this.
