I'm back from about a year break from the game and have been trying for the last two days, to renew my membership, but keep getting an error message when trying to add a new card. It says if the problem persists to contact daybreak, but the links take you all the way to sony europe and I didn't see anything about EQ2 on there. I managed to add Daybreak funds to my account without issue so does anyone have an idea as to why it's not working with the actual membership? Thanks.
From what I read on a couple of other threads, people that were using Chrome were getting that error but were able to complete their purchases using Explorer or whatever the new Microsoft browser is called. Cyrrena
