   I currently play EQ1 on P99.I was wondering if EQ2 has a TLP server similar to Agnarr where they are perma locking the expans.A list of all TLP servers currently for EQ2 would help a lot and the rule set plz.thanks for info ahead of time.

   That server is not like agnarr, where it stops at the LDON. There are no locked progression servers I see.
