    I can not find it in Freeport.
    Or have I just searched in the wrong area?

    Its in North qeynos from a Scribe somewhere by the South Qeynos zoneline. Just use your track and look for a name that starts with "Trainer".

    Check in North Freeport. There's a large disc shaped bit of pavement with a tree in the middle and no guard railing on it. It has quite a drop off of it toward the harbor. You should find three NPC's there, (one of them is practicing Kung Fu right on the edge of the drop) and they'll have your fluff song, as well as app 2 of anything else you need.
