is Cunning (reset AA) any good?

    Now that the Ethereal Reset Rune has been replaced with the Epic Adorn has anyone tested Cunning (Dragon Tree AA) lately to see if its any good?

    its a lotta wasted points for a free brew of readiness

    and even i have a bunch spent in the tree...

    does not work for bards iirc (woo hoo reset my 15 sec cd!)
