I have had a simple locked out account ticket open and crickets. After the patch Tuesday I couldn't log into my other account. I opened a ticket, and it just vanished with no emails or responses. I open a second ticket referencing the first and its just rotting. Anytime I go to reset my password to try again on the locked account I get a system error message on the daybreak site on IE and chrome... Would love to play on my actual account again during all of this quarantine.
