The last xpack some of the mobs where Monks or something allowing then to block from behind so we had to get 100 strikethrough. is that still needed?
I don't know, but those stats are even easier to get these days, so why not? If you can spare it, Crit Bonus reforges into both of these stats very well. I shoot for 100 in each of them, though that may change if any mobs mitigate them. 200 crit bonus into strikethrough from one piece of the new gear gave more than 100 strikethrough. I also think it is not just for monk mobs as there are times I have had to be in front of a mob, and when soloing I am always in front. Honestly, I have even started reforging into potency (always a poor reforge) because I don't see other necessary options..yet.
