Tried several things, checked game assets, tried using up/down arrows thing at character select screen, rebooting, etc. This issue actually started yesterday, but continues today after the server bounce.
seems you've tried the most common fixes, did you try turning the comp off for 30 seconds and back on(not rebooting, this will clear the cache fully)? if you have, and it's still buggared definitely contact CS.
