Have sent issue to dbg and have been directed to send dx diag and ms info ... done. Now need to try clean boot and send info to see if there is a conflict with my system. Working on that today. But my question is why one character is having issue with logging in. Why not all if issue is a conflict within my system. It is on one character. I try to log her in and she loads for one second and bounces back to character screen. Rinse repeat. I can load another fine then try her again and no luck. Yes deleted cache etc. yes ran asset check. Some days I can log her just fine and then unable to log since yesterday morning. No logic
If i deleted the file of this toon on my computer... would that help.? It would just remake the file anew? I am not going to do clean boot. Not that computer saavy
