Inquisition and Divine Provinance sharing the same cool down

    Is it intended, or is it a bug? If it is a bug, then please fix it! If it is not, it would be nice to hear an official reason for removing one of Inquisitor's group heals from our kit.

    The problem is that they now share their coold down: once you cast one of them, the other goes on CD. And it's not even a choice between a group hot and a group dps buff because Divine Provinance has 2 minutes 20 seconds recast, while Inquisition is on 30 seconds. So it's basically equal to removing Inquisition all together.
