some people may not realize this entirely but if something says 100% it actually means 2x for every 100% gained Example: 100% max health=2x max health 300%=6x max health So when you see fevor at 200% that means its a 4x multiplier Although this may or may not be entirely true for some cases like idk if crit bonus are based on this or if they are 1x per 100% making things like 4,000 crit bonus a 80x multiplier or a 40x multiplier but in some cases 100% of something is a 2x multiplier per 100%. I only recently figured this out after trying to figure out my max health and finding the 300% wasnt making sense when i did it as a 3x but was instead a 8x
It should be percent applied to base value. 100% would be 2x as you indicated, but 300% should only 4x not 6x I could be wrong but 0%=1x 100%=2x, 200%=3x, 300%=4x, 400%-5x etc. Though I have not played since Altar of Malice, it has been a while and I may have forgotten or things could have changed.
So look at everything being multiplied by 1, because that leaves the number as itself. If you increase something by 100%, you are basically adding 1 to that 1, when you convert it to a decimal. So 100% (1 + 1base) would be 2x, 200% (2 + 1base) would be 3x, and so on.
