I already mentioned that most of these are considered lesser gods and not demi-gods. Let me be more explicit.

Druzzil Ro and Ayonae Ro are sisters and descended from Solusek Ro. Varig is Solusek's brother. All gods. Druzzil, Ayonae and Tarig (Varig?) are all considered lesser gods. (and Ayonae is considered more powerful than any other god, but still a lesser. funny.)

Luclin is a major god actually. She just isn't widely worshiped on Norrath. She created her own worshipers on her moon.

Morrell Thule and his sister Terris are twins and considered lesser gods. Both are decended from Cazic Thule if that wasn't clear enough. Morrell is the black sheep of the family. :p

Saryn, Vazaelle, Tallon, Sullon, Vallon, Rolfon and Master Wu are all demigods. Mortals that were given divine ability by another god in recognition of their actions. Rodcet Nife (and Bertoxxulous?), Zebuxoruk, Mayong, Layns and Ullorruuk are special cases. They too were mortals that rose to divinity but each has reasons to be considered something more than a demi-god.

Mayong and Zebuxoruk both rose to divinity by their own merit. Neither of them are understood well. Mayong actively rejected his divine side, Zebuxoruk was stripped of his?

Layns was made a demi-god but after having her power stripped by Inny she still has followers and power. At some point she became powerful enough that she has gone beyond demi-god status. She should be considered a lesser deity in her own right. Ullorruuk might be in this same category too considering her worship was active during the age of cataclysms.

Rodcet Nife was elevated to take over Anashti'Sul's position. As such he went from being mortal to a full blown greater deity. He isn't dependent on other deities for his power. Who exactly made the offer isn't clear.

Bertoxullous could be from a mortal origin. If he is he probably falls under the same category as Mayong and Zeb. Except he obviously likes being the God of Disease and nobody has tried to put him down like Zeb was. Which begs the question: why was Zeb considered so dangerous if this sort of thing just happens?

More specifically, the two were created because of Thule and Quellious fighting over Dreams. Both eventually gave up, but the lasting battle over it spawned two offspring; Morrell-Thule, Lord of Dreams, who takes after Quellious, and Terris-Thule, Lady of Nightmares, who takes after Cazic. At least according to lore

Zeb was 'put down' as you put it because he figured out how to become a deity on his own, and then was going to share the knowledge with mortals. and Ayonae isn't the one consdiered most powerful, that's Druzzil, the Demi/Lesser Goddess of Magic. Mayong took out Ayonae in EQ1 when he turned her demiplane of music into the demiplane of Blood.

while Zeb has since learned that making all mortals into gods would be a bad thing, Druzzil was 'forced' to keep him contained because him breaking free was seen as him being able to basically overrule the pantheon, and thus effectively weakening their collective power by undermining their authority.

Yay! I love this thread. Thanks for trying to collate all this info, it's filling in a lot of gaps I've had with the name-dropping EQ lore loves to do.
