I had a monk on permafrost named Chozan One, Is there a way I can tell if he still exists? I had created some trial accounts along the way and am not sure how to locate my account or the character. Thanks
Load the patcher and type in the wrong password. When your told it's wrong just click the "forgot password" link. Enter eamial addresses that you've used. Often one email adress will be sufficient as the system can see all the accounts related to one another via your IP address. If not, just keep submitting previous email addresses until you find the account you want to make your main, or play, whatever.
Something else to consider is this... A couple years ago Sony systems got hacked. When that happened they installed a force reset password thing. You would have received an email so go check your old inboxes for that email. It should narrow down your search a little bit.
