Greetings, I am conducting a dissertation study of the use of MMORPGs to improve English language learners vocabulary. I would also like to use some of the screenshots from my gameplay in the publication. Who can I contact to obtain permission? I already tried emailing General Counsel and Social Media accounts several times with no response for a year. I've even tried tweeting at the social media accounts. since you have an account here, to get something in front of actual staff, try submitting a petition: to submit a Support Tick aka "petition" go to https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/en-us click the [sign in] in the upper right-hand corner input your Station username and passphrase (the one used on the LaunchPad) you will find yourself on Help Home click Everquest II, then See More Articles... on the right-hand side click [CONTACT SUPPORT] fill in the drop downs with all the appropriate information; e.g. "I have a problem with a character, quest, item, or another player." input an appropriate Subject* in the Description* be as detailed as possible, expect two emails, one for the initial submission, then a "We updated your ticket, click here to view."
