How to invite to group from chat?

    I'm using the basic UI, is there an easy way to invite someone to a group from General Chat?

    Here's what happens: I say something like "PQ open" and people respond "inv PQ" but then I have to spell their name out and my eyes aren't as clear as they used to be, plus the names are often tricky misspellings. I wish I could click and have a menu choice for inviting the person to group/raid.

    Does a mod have that capability or is it impossible?

    Here's what I do… others may have different/better ideas.

    Left-click the name in chat → select Tell → Use left-arrow key to move cursor to end of the word "tell" → Backspace over the word "tell" → type "invite"

    Voilà.
