Spectral market is easily the hardest "legends only loot" zone and hardly worth running. Go on eq2u, search for items with 1k+ potency and concentrate on those zone. Shrouded temple has hands down the most bang for buck loot with 3-4 1k items. Infuse...run keys, sell, and infuse all that 1k gear to max, spend the money on wantias. Essentially everything that was posted two posts up and you'll be fine. Plus you're an illy, so you're not gonna have huge t1 quality dps numbers either
not looking for huge T1 dps ... not my goal ... but not so far behind. it's frustrating when the healer in the groups keeps everybody alive and at the end of the fight did dps as much as u or sometimes more well that healer is way better geared than me .. but still
Not sure if it has been mentioned, but you can also add pot from your deity infuser. Each piece... it's worth it.
