How do I use or maximize poisons with a dirge

    How exactly do I use poisons to my advantage as a dirge? I have a lvl 76 monk and decided to start an alt but I'm completely new to the class, but from what I've seen poison's are a pretty big part of the of the scout class. Is there any special trick or do you use them exactly the same way as my str and agility potions on my monk?

    me 1st...
    Dirges don't use poison.
    Dirges are a bard class not a scout class. Their poison is their tongues. There is a AA that is a poison proc though.

    got it, so they can only use the potions to boost their stats, str, agi, and what not.

    no.. we cannot use poisons whatsoever

    What we do have is an AA skill that "mimicks" the use of poisons by applying a proc to dot on our weapons.(AGI line)

    But, yes, we CAN use potions; just not poisons.
    My favorite is Expert Elixir of Tactics, 15 minutes of +4% to melee and ranged crits.
