How do I turn my Illegible Scroll Pages into usable spells?

    From what I can google, I need 10 of the Illegible Scroll Pages to turn it into an incomplete scroll. But they don't say how it turns into that, since right clicking on it doesn't give an option for that.

    So how do I turn my illegible scroll pages into an incomplete scroll and then how do I turn that into a spell I can use?

    Thanks for the link, but it's part of the problem. How do I turn the illegible scrolls into an incomplete scroll? Do I need to talk to someone? Need to do some quests? Nothing I have found online is telling the us exactly how we get the incomplete scrolls, all they say is they come from 10 illegible scrolls.

    You scribe the incomplete scroll. This is another dropped item you must have. It gives you a 1 use recipe to create the scroll. The components are then 10 illegible pages.

    oh, so getting the incomplete scrolls is also a random drop? I guess that is the info I missed during my search. Thanks
