How do I reforge?

    I just purchased the reforging feature. I go to a Mender/reforger in Recuso Tor, hail him and the only thing he offers is repair. What I'm trying to do is remove the adorns from the Veilwalker gear I received.

    EDIT: Nevermind. Had to zone to receive the ability.
