How do I claim my friends and family purchase?

    I don't see the gifts for friends in my claim box that I purchased? Can anyone help me?

    you wont see them till after launch and wont be able to trade them for 72 hours

    Well that sucks. It means I cant get my wife caught up in xpacks until the release? Uhhggg
