House actor question

I can't seem to select name after I select race for the actor. The OK button stays greyed out.

Have you at least Placed the House Actor onto the floor of the house/GH?
Right-clicked and Set Name?
i.e. Housia Actorus
the only time there would be prevention if one did not give the actor a long enough name (expecting, that like Player-authored books, there needs to be a minimum of three characters)
Additionally, a leading Space or non-alphanumeric character anywhere within name may also prevent naming.
