Like the Azure, Green, Canary, etc. ones? Yeah, that'd be awesome! :)

Now, by triangle tiles, do you mean the lovely ruby-red triangular windows we have now (that would be cool!), or the big clunky things the devs insist on calling "tiles" even though they're as thick as Dividers? Those have their uses, but still... ;->

I'd rather see triangles like the windows in "thickness", just with the stained glass texture instead... not sure why the triangle tiles we have now are so chonky.

Yeah, they first came out with.......I think it was an entire separate recipe book that you had to be like upteenth level to acquire, even though it was only like level 20 Carpy to Scribe... X-P

For me, if they'd just been honest and call them "triangle blocks" or "triangle dividers," I'd be happy, but at least you can lay them flat-ish without having to resort to Pitch in the in-game editing thing (sorry, Shanette ;->) and get them to look like a tile. ;->

EDIT: Ah! The book, "Triangles of Thalumbra," came out in 2015, one needed 10,000+ faction with Deepforge Founders, was Heirloom, and if you didn't have all those numbers racked up with Thalumbra, you could just blithely go up to the Great Library (if it'll let you) in Myrist and buy it for less than a plat (not sure if one still needs the faction).

In other words, rather than just inserting the recipes into the existing Carpy books like they did with other building blocks, they went this kind of convoluted, bizarre route at high levels, rather than something at, say, level 20 when you can Scribe it (regardless of the level of the materials), or at least something mid-range, like with the Sage's Notebook recipes. :(

Based on how you laid that out, maybe it just boils down to owning the expac..... No ToT, no way to get/use it?
Totally grasping at straws here, just poured my first cup of java. hehe

    Irk...that's a good question. :-/

I know for a fact they put it in all the holiday recipes after that, and maybe even in the Grandfathered ones (not sure); I'll have to check with my younger Carpies, but I think that's the only way to obtain the regular materials' triangle recipes. :-/

    Devs? Thoughts? :-/

Sadly, I have no wonderful art from the game to post a screenshot for this, but wouldn't it be wonderful to have a water drip? Maybe something like the Sprocket Steam Emitter that has water drips instead of steam. I know we have the Deepwater Watersplash, but it's way too active and large for a leaky faucet, or a leak in the ceiling, etc.

As always, thank you for thinking of us Devs!!

I know its not only a house item but would be really awesome if we had the chance to get again The Sunbrite Clothwork Pegasus !!!

I'd seen that recently...can't recall where, of course, now that the info's wanted, but yeah, there was another offer of it somewhere. :-/

I am thinking the way the zone looks during Seeding/Weeding Corruption. Chapel doors open though, pretty statues uncovered...Could build around/ onto the existing structures like the pool of devotion and Love's eternal flame. Could also make an incredible entrance through the gates of bliss, fountain of the betrothed would make a killer 70's style sunken living room. So many ideas........I'll keep dreaming and maybe one day my dream will come true :D

I wish we had a portal, like the ones for prestige housing, that we could use when decorating a non-prestige house. It would be limited to one portal, per character, which can only be used for one, non-prestige house.

I find most of the prestige houses, to be really massive and hard to decorate unless taken on as a long-term project. I find that hard to do as I lose my vision, of what I'm trying to accomplish with the decorating, over long swaths of time.

The problem is running back and forth to our crafting center to make or retrieve items. There is no direct route to a house, except once every 15 minutes, and that involves either porting to the guild hall housing portal, or using the Home function which leaves us outside and having to enter each time. It is irritating after the fourth or fifth time.

There might be a better solution, and I'm all for better solutions, to this problem. There are lots of non-prestige houses I would love to decorate but hate the thought of wasting my decorating time waiting for ports.

EDIT: If you're in a guild that has a recipe seller, they have the recipes for triangle "tiles" (= blocks). Not sure about any other merchants?

    Amen! :)

What I tend to do with my main Carpies is put all my crafted things in my Mistmoore Crags Estate (when I remember to take them OUT of the Broker boxes... and I generally only put things in stacks of 10 or more into the House Item Depot [thank you, Denmum! :D]), largely 'cause I don't trust Dungeons, still. I suppose as long as we can actually save those layouts, they should be okay, but... :-/

Then, whatever place I'm decorating, be it for a swap or contest or whatever, I always plonk a Mistmoore portal in there...often to the point of forgetting if/when there's a Magic Door to the Guild Hall in there, too... ;->

    Uwk
who actually has a couple of toons with Rent-Free places (please, please, PLEASE, o devs, just flat-out sell those to us? Please? Gambling isn't always legal in every area, y'know... :-/) that have portals, that apparently aren't considered Prestige houses ('cause, you know, we can't just flat-out BUY them...) :-/

When I go into one of Mum's furniture dungeons, on Public Test, I lose about a third of what I take when I exit. I think it is because the sheer number of items Borks my memory and I have a lot of memory. But I have mainly extra large backpacks, full bank and house vault slots, and too many completed and not-completed shiny collections.

I try to scope out a house, and think of all the items I want to use in it, before I start crafting and collecting items. Unfortunately, some items simply don't work, as intended, due to a graphic limitation, and I have to come up with a Plan B. That generally involved porting to my crafting center, making the item(s), and then trying to get back to the house.

And after all that, I find Plan B may not work so it is back again to the crafting center--rinse and repeat. I spent a lot of time porting, the last couple of days, decorating Vacrul's Castle and that is with portals to and from the craft center. Doing that with a non-prestige home is a nightmare for me though I do have a better idea of what will and won't cause a graphic collision in most of the apartments that are available.

I'm currently working on the City of Mist, on Maj 'Dul, and I am going to have to learn a whole new set of graphic limitations as this will be the first time I've decorated CoM. I'm also working with a graphic set I'm not used to using so it will be interesting to see how much new gray hair I have when I'm done lol.

I'm with Uwk - whenever I'm working on a house (short or long-term) I always drop in portals to access my prestige homes that serve as storage & crafting bases. I also have portals for nearly all of my prestige homes in my guild hall, along with the housing portal amenity. The few non-prestige homes I do have, they also have portals to one or more prestige homes in them, and some a guild hall door as well. All this makes travel to & from a lot easier, however....

One big factor here is zones being 'active' on the server. As we know, if a particular zone is unpopulated by any players for a given amount of time, it goes 'dormant' until someone enters it again. This is annoyingly true of houses as well. What I've learned is that if I keep one of my extra accounts logged in, with a character in-game in the house that is a resource/crafting space, the amount of time necessary to zone plummets to almost nothing. Literally from minutes to seconds. Just have to remember to move that character the tiniest bit every now and then, so the game doesn't auto-log to character select.

Ohhhh, brilliant; I'm gonna have to try that with my Bronze and Silver toons. :D

'Cause yeah, it seems we're being punished for having guild halls and houses, no matter how many/how few items we have in there, as far as the zoning lag goes... :-/

Heck, even outdoor zones can take forever these days, and I can't imagine that their "Golden Children" (= raiders) would tolerate any delay in getting into their instances. ;)

Can we get Antonican Steed familiar as a house plushie, scalable to decent size imitating a usable horse, not just a toy? White horse without saddle

I have a new wish. I wish players, who get a Hall of Fame, or higher ranked award, would also get a $-off coupon for house furnishings and prestige houses. It seems every time there is a sale I have to spend my money elsewhere. The amount off could get higher with higher rankings and awards. I would think this would encourage more decorating and bring in more money from people, like me, who are sometimes unable to buy desired items during a sale.

I know the code is pretty much written as I got two coupons, for holiday items, from Overseer quests. Unfortunately, the selection of items was very limited. I would probably have bought more if there had been a bigger selection of items to buy.

I'm probably repeating what someone else has said, but is there a way we could see or sort the homes in the housing and leaderboard by type of home. I totally love seeing what other people have done and seeing if I could get inspiration on how to do something that works in the type of home I'm working on. Case in point: Using Warehouse's idea for stairs and platforms on the snow ramp in Kromzek Keep.
