Heroic Weekly Reward not Usable by Class

    I received chain shoulders instead of cloth shoulders for my coercer from the tier 1 Heroic weekly. /petitioned for replacement and super happy with the resulting customer service.

    If you are happy with customer service, you might want to go to feedback and mention the rep by name there. They won't know how happy you are from the bug forums.

    I think he's posting it on the bug forums because he shouldn't have received the chain shoulders in the first place. :)

    I'd like to add I got a tank shield from a Heroic 1 daily reward but I wasn't unhappy since I have a tank I'm preping.
