Have run with 5 cache's active across more than 14 zones now including 3 raid mobs (2 end mobs) and the rest h3's (all end mobs). Nothing pings the HTC. I had a response from Violetan to tell me that my /scheme is showing as off, but it's been on (with message to confirm) for 14 zones now.
8% is not a very high chance to proc If you try it in solo instances, it will 100% proc at the endboss If you are unlucky, this mechanism makes it more unlucky. And when it proccs, you will get a RANDOM item from the loot table.. so you have a great chance to get a useless item.
