You might want to make one that just asks for the filter to be fixed, they're not going to make the perpetrator killable in game on the non PVP servers.
But it is true In 13 years I have never seen a resolution to any of my posts for bugs save a few which can be counted on one hand. Good god we just want to play the game with as little downtime or bug issues as possible, not fill out everything in triplicate only to be ignored. Norrath is replete with bugs from years ago that still have no resolution.
Ditto. In-game is easier as the location is noted in the report. How is writing down all the details and transferring those details to another website better? If the in-game bug reports are useless or deactivated, please let us all know? That's the system I rely on.
