I want to roll a healer and it's between inquisitor, templar, mystic, or defiler. My priorities are curing, healing/prevention/survivability, good solo healer for heroic, occassional raid time pref MT group. I do not care about DPS, melee vs spell based makes no difference to me, don't care about group dps/offensive buffs, run speed, or plate vs chain. I am more concerned about things like stoneskins, saves, defensive and HP buffs, CC breaks/immunity, aoe blockers, and other utility that increases survivability. And finally, I would tend to lean towards shamans rather than clerics because I like warding... but this is the last thing to consider. I was in love with templars in RoK and TSO for the stoneskins, sanctuary, divine recovery, and great solo healing capability. So, inquisitor with possible betrayal after new expansion is something else to keep in the back of my mind.
